The enrollment in the program will only need to be done once. All fields must be filled out completely. The fee for this service is 3% of the value of the load. If you're factoring with a company and /or have received an advance on a load you will not be able to use the Quick Pay program.

Once you have enrolled, the process works quickly, smoothly, and saves paperwork. Next go back into our website and then click on Carrier Quick Pay. The request will need to be in by 12:00pm Central time. NOTE Requests submitted after 12:00pm will be processed the next business day. You can upload your invoice, proof of delivery, and signature confirmation form once you have filled out all the requested fields.

The Carrier Quick Pay program is designed to get you paid fast. Using ACH, funds can be in our Carrier's bank account within the third business day after submitting the BOL (Bill of Lading) / POD (Proof of Delivery), Covered Logistics' rate confirmation and load number, along with any lumper receipts and the invoice through this system for a 3% fee.
